Luzhongbao manhole covers are often made out of cast iron, composite materials. This makes them inexpensive, strong, and heavy. The weight helps to keep them in place when traffic passes over them, and makes it difficult for unauthorized people without suitable tools to remove them. Luzhongbao manhole covers may also be made from glass-reinforced plastic or other composite material, not only conform to law restricting acceptable manual handling weights, but also have the benefits of greater slip resistance and electrical insulating properties. A manhole cover sits on a metal base, with a smaller inset rim which fits the cover. The base and cover are sometimes called "castings", because they are usually made by a casting process, typically sand-casting techniques. The covers usually feature "pick holes", into which a hook handle tool is inserted to lift them. Pick holes can be concealed for a more watertight lid, or can allow light to shine through. 1. The spheroidization rate of cast iron alloy reaches more than 3 times the national standard, and can continue to increase the spheroidization rate according to user needs;
2. Before the product is dipped in paint, it goes through multiple processes such as vibrating sand-shaking bed and shot blasting machine to remove sand. The probability that the product needs to be returned to the furnace for remanufacturing due to unqualified sand attached to the surface is less than 8 out of 10,000;

The paint impregnated and applied to the product is high-quality and high-resistant asphalt paint, which further improves the service life and wear resistance of the product.
